CHEF BIO
Chef Bill Veraldi brings a unique mix of skill, knowledge and talent as our Corporate Chef. Born in Detroit, Michigan, he lived and attended high school in London, England, where he also worked at the original Hard Rock Café. Chef Veraldi returned to the United States to attend and graduate from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York.
In addition to his role at Streets and Avenues, Chef Veraldi owns Veraldi Restaurant Consultants, where he helped develop concepts such as the Players Club (South Port), Steamers (Carolina Beach), Circa (Wilmington), and the Wrightsville Grille (Wrightsville Beach). He is a member of the A.C.F. and Culinary Alumni board at the CIA in Hyde Park.
Chef Veraldi apprenticed at highly respected 5-star restaurants: Harrald's of New York and LePerroquett in Chicago. He spent 10 years as Vice President of Foodservice for Battleground Restaurant Group, and then owned Home Follies, a restaurant and catering business in Whiteville, North Carolina for 5 years.
