After over 27 years of bringing you the best steaks, chops and seafood, we are thrilled to reopen our doors again. We
appreciate your loyalty and support and look forward to celebrating your important milestones.
The past few months have truly been an unprecedented time, filling our lives with uncertainty and overwhelming us
with information. Our daily routines were completely uprooted as we waited for things to quickly pass.
Some of our employees’ family members became ill and also passed away due to this horrible virus. Our hearts and
thoughts are with them and everyone else who have been closely affected.
The abbreviated shut down stretched on for months and we missed the daily interactions with our regular guests,
working alongside our friends, and, honestly, just having some sort of normal routine.
As we resume service, we would like to again bring you the highest quality steaks, chops, and seafood that we have
always served. Through the next few months, we may have reduced hours, dining room capacity, staff, or menus.
The CDC, National Restaurant Association, federal, state, and local governments all have guidelines that we have
implemented or adapted to that will provide our guests with the safest dining experience possible.

We only use Certified Angus Beef, ensuring we serve tender, juicy steaks from happy steers. Our seafood is fresh from the east and west coasts, and we feature Gulf Coast oysters. All of our chops are tippy-top-notch.

A staff that makes it happen
Between our seasoned cooks, award-winning waitstaff, lively bartenders and Executive Chef Matthew Kahrs, we have a staff that routinely exceeds expectations.
Meet our Executive Chef, Matthew Kahrs
Chop House Restaurants are known for incredible steaks, seafood and chops, and it’s Corporate Chef Matthew Kahrs who pulls the strings. He creates inspired dishes with the highest quality ingredients available, like grilled tuna with a pineapple-mango relish and beef tenderloin with our famous Grand Marnier orange sauce.
Kahrs, a Greensboro, North Carolina native, graduated from the Culinary Institute of America and has worked in the upscale kitchens from Wilmington to Boston. His signature dishes? Scallops and soups. This is why our scallops are pan-seared and served with brown butter, lemon, and parsley, while our legendary she-crab soup and ever-evolving soup of the day are unique and delectable.
